ReStore

The ReStore is a home improvement thrift store and is the largest fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. The ReStore has many gently used household items from furniture to appliances, to doors and windows all at discounted prices. The ReStore stock is changing daily, so be sure to stop in often. Watch our Facebook page for deals. In addition to the local ReStore, we offer some special pieces for sale on EBAY!

DO YOU ONLY SELL USED ITEMS?
No, we sell *NEW* Coriscana PillowTop Mattress and Boxspring sets (can be sold as set or separately) and Ecotone Paint and paint supplies. Ecotone Paint is an economical, low sheen, interior/exterior, quality assured, premium, recycled acrylic latex paint and white is sold for $18/gallon and colors are $16/gallon. A variety of select popular colors are available. Get all your paint supplies here, we stock brand new brushes, pans, rollers, tape and more!

HOW DO I DONATE?
The ReStore accepts most donations and will do pick ups. You can drop off donations during business hours or if you need a pick up, call or email to arrange it. The truck goes out once a week and donations must be outside or in a garage (we do not go into houses).
Examples of items to donate: Building materials like cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, sinks, toilets, faucets, light fixtures, landscaping items, hardware and more. Furniture like sofas, chairs, dining room tables, dressers, end tables, bookshelves, tv’s (flat screen only). Furniture must be free of rips/tears, stains or pet damage and we do not accept mattresses. Appliances like working refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, washers/dryers. Household items like art, décor, dishes, cookware, etc.

HOW DOES MY DONATION HELP?
Your donation is sold at a fraction of retail price, to someone else in our community that will give it a second life. And proceeds from that sale help Habitat for Humanity provide a low-income family in our community achieve their dreams of homeownership. Your donation is also tax deductible.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SPECIALS?
We have sales regularly, watch our Facebook page or stop in and see us! Every day is Veteran’s Day at the ReStore – they get 10% off their purchases. Additionally, every Tuesday is Senior Citizen’s Day where those 55 and older get 10% off their purchases. ID is require and discounts not on available on sale items or new items such as mattresses or paint.

We are at 1861 W. Houghton Lake Dr., just down from Wal-Mart and right across from Splash–n–Dash car wash, in Prudenville.
